What kid wouldn’t like to live in a family that owned an ice cream parlor! Mullen’s Dairy Bar is owned and operated by young family who saw the value of retaining history. As an artist the old fashioned-ness of the establishment appealed to me. The owner was contacted and asked about creating a painting of the diary bar. Visions of Norman Rockwell paintings swirled through my brain.
