Norman Morey was a Wisconsin artist, illustrator, art Director, and Advertising executive. His wife was Irene (Hambach) Morey.

He attended art classes at the Milwaukee Normal School, and Wisconsin School of Art from 1917-1921. While there, he produced and directed numerous theatrical set designs in cooperation with Elsa Ulbricht who was a teacher at the school.

He was elected President of Milwaukee's Men's Sketch Club in 1953.

He was also the President of "Oilybirds" Art Club - which offered art classes and related events for artists of all levels.

His design and illustration experience was at Barnes Advertising Agency in Milwaukee.
